Cure for the Mondays at Misfits

By J. L. Gatewood

Yup, Mondays suck. No one likes 'em... At all. The work-week starts, and the countdown 'til the weekend begins. Some of us get Mondays off though; think eikaiwa workers, retail and hotel employees too... Monday can be even worse for them because there's a whole day of nothing, followed by an evening of nuthin!  Lucky for you, RAN has what you need to break the Monday Monotony!

Nagoya's smallest gaijin bar is big on do-it-yourself entertainment every Monday. If you can play an instrument, sing, are good at drinking, talking, and eating, or at least 2 of the above, get your tail over there and check the action.

Stevie P cooks something good up to eat (we had a ¥1000 steak dinner last night yo!) and Mike Wade tends bar between their turns on the mic.  And if you got some chops on the stage, you too can get your performance on-- A lot of local talent drops by to jam with the Dynamic Duo of Nagoya, like D Brown on drums and Takeshi on guitar and Timmy with that soulful harmonica...

I have a blast with these guys, even though I have the musical talent of a three-toed sloth on heroin, so i just know you will...
